The Kuala Lumpur High Court orders AirAsia to pay RM40.73 to airport operators

Kuala Lumpur: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has ordered the low cost carries AirAsia to pay RM40.73 million in unpaid passenger service charges (PSC) which the airline refused to collect for 6 months last year

Malaysia Airports Holdings (MAHB) also demands AirAsia to pay RM 972,381 in late payment charges to Malaysia Airports (Sepang) (MA Sepang). They ordered to pay RM24,000 in costs of three suits. On the other hand, the airline will be appealing to the said decision and will be applying for a stay of execution.
