Malaysian singer Gin Lee’s dream of homecoming finally comes True.

It’s taken Gin Lee a decade , but she’s pleased to say she’s finally achieved her dream . The Hong Kong-based Malaysian artist is set to play the Malaysian leg of her Initially World Tour , her first large-scale individual concert , at Genting Highlands in earlier March .

The trip kicked off in Hong Kong at the prestigious Hong Kong Coliseum in June 2018 , in which she played to a sold-out crowd .

“When I started as a singer, I’d often wished for an enormous stage where I could sing for a massive audience. And, I’d like to add, it’s been a very long journey getting here,” said the award-winning artiste in an interview in Kuala Lumpur.

“During my show at Hong Kong Coliseum, I shared some words I’d like to repeat: ‘If Gin Lee can go from no audience to full house… If Gin Lee can go from knowing absolutely no Cantonese to singing entirely in a new language… Then you can all do it too’.

“I hope to positively inspire the young. I want to impress on people that they can gain from their endeavours,” she said.
