Fish Bomb Killed Teen Off Sabah’s Pulau Gaya

A boy of 16 year old age was killed off the coast of Pulau Gaya yesterday morning (March 22nd) as prior the event marine police had stumbled upon a five year old weeping at about 10 am as stated by City police chief Asst Comm Habibi Majinji.

It was meant to understand by the boy to the marine police that his friend was hit by a fish bomb while fishing on a sampan and led them to the victim whom was found floating at sea.

The body suffered multiple injuries where his hand and legs were blown off. The sampan itself was damaged. The bomb had gone off before it hit the sea and killed the teenager as told by the boy.

ACP Habibi mentioned that there is no foul involved in this case.
