Malaysia is ready to provide assistance to the Sri Lankan government for massive bomb attack

KUALA LUMPUR : Malaysia is willing to provide assistance to the Sri Lankan government for rehab efforts after a co-ordinated wave of bombings blown several areas on the island country , killing more than two hundred people.

“Malaysia strongly condemns the act of terrorism and urge that the perpetrators to be brought to justice,” he said.

Foreign Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah asserted that he had spoken to his Sri Lankan counterpart Tilam Marapana to express the Malaysian government’s deepest condolences to the victims and families being affected by the pointless and barbaric attacks . 

A series of explosions rocked several locations, namely – Kochikade Church, Katuwapitiya Church, Shangri-La Hotel, Cinnamon Grand Hotel and St Barnabas Church – in Batticaloa in Colombo at 8.30am local time on Easter Sunday
