SHAH ALAM – Coroner Rofiah Mohamad revealed today that the death of fireman Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim was a result of a criminal act by more than two people.
The coroner who presided over the inquest into his death said the chest trauma on Adib’s chest indicates was not caused by an accident or by himself but rather caused by two or three people.
Adib was reported to have been severely injured during an incident when he and his team answered a distress call about a vehicle on fire during a riot near a temple in Subang Jaya last year.
Adib was taken to Subang Jaya Medical Centre where he later succumbs to his injuries.
The case has been classified as a criminal case.
