Apple optimistic despite iPhone sales drop

Apple yesterday announced that sales of the iPhone accounted for less than half of Apple’s revenues in the third quarter, a 12% decline from the same period last year.

However, the company managed to grow its overall revenue by slight 1% on year to $53.8bn. Services such as Apple play, App store, Apple TV and Music are all increasing revenue contribution.

Apple’s gadget such as Airpods, Apple watch, Ipad and mac has also seen strong growth especially in China. The Silicon Valley company forcast it’s next quarter’s revenue to be around $61bn to $64bn.
